We’ll sit down with you and talk about your long term goals for your program and work with you to create a marketing plan around those goals. As soon as we get started on building out your campaign for you, we’re going to enroll you and your key staff in our Onboarding Success Program (OSP).

This program was developed after years of working with new clients and learning the best ways to bring a new client on board with us in a way that makes it simple and efficient for you to give us the information we need to build out your campaign, while you and your staff get access to the training courses and materials that you’ll need to learn about the tools and systems that you’ll be using to manage the leads that you’ll be receiving.

Some of the things that you’ll get during the OSP program would include our Quick Start training on using the CRM tools and systems that you’ll have access to. It includes some 1-on-1 training that we’ll be doing with you and your staff to help you get up to speed quickly and be ready to go when the campaign launches.

Sales Training Video Course

One of the things that we’ve discovered after working with many small business medical practices is that the vast majority of your staff don’t really have any kind of formal sales training. They may have been to a conference once and sat in on a class about medical sales. But they really haven’t had any hands-on training on how to effectively manage leads and close sales in your specific programs.

So we’ve put together several training courses and resources for your staff that will help them become better sales people. We’ve got training on handling objections, using good sales scripts, how to effectively follow up with leads and get them booked into consults, how to maximize their use of the available tools to be more efficient with their time, and much more.

The courses and videos are tracked so you’ll know how much of the training that your staff has completed. And we’re continuously developing new training and resource materials as we identify new issues and opportunities that come up.

Grow Smarter Sales Coaching

One of the things that we discovered after the launch of the Sales Training Courses was that just because we provided training videos and materials, some of our clients still needed just a little more hands-on help.

So we’ve created the Grow Smarter Sales Coaching program to provide 1-on-1 coaching to our clients and their staff. The first 6 months of the coaching program follows a systematic and structured approach that covers the basics from using the tools and systems and with helping clients succeed with their sales. But we also have left the program open to complete flexibility that allows us to spend that time working with the clients on whatever areas that they feel they need the most help in.

So, for example, if your sales team understands how to use the CRM tools and processes, but is struggling with addressing objections, then we’re going to switch the focus of these individual coaching calls to make sure they get the help that they need the most to have success with their sales.

It’s kind of the natural evolution where now that we’ve provided some great sales training courses and materials, now we’re going to work with you personally to help you overcome whatever challenges you’re facing that stand in the way of you making sales.

We’re really proud of this part of our Foundations program as it’s something that you just won’t get with any other agency.

Online Presence Analysis

One of the core principles of the Foundations Program is that you really need to have a strong foundation in place that supports your long term growth plans.

If you look the research being done in the area of medical marketing and sales, you’ll quickly see that prospective patients these days are going online to look you up.

This is why so many of your booked consults are not showing up for their appointments. When they are reminded that they have an upcoming appointment with you, that’s when they start to go online and look at your website, your social channels, your online reviews and your directory listings.

And the research is really clear that if they see any “red flags” during that search, that they are going to just skip their appointments and you’ll probably never know why.

If you look at the biggest players in any market, you’ll find that they’re the ones who are doing a great job with this. They’ve got a clean and modern website that ’s mobile friendly and has lots of great information that’s easy to find. They’re also posting useful content regularly to all of the major social channels. And they’ve gotten a ton of good reviews across a variety of online review sites.

Unfortunately, while all of these things can be easily observed if you know what to look for, most small practices and healthcare providers don’t connect those dots to understand that part of the reason for the larger companies’ success is because they have covered all of those foundational elements so well.

So we’re going to do a deep dive audit of your online presence at no cost to you whatsoever to identify any weak spots that could be holding you back from really having the most success possible with your growth plan.

Strategic Planning Session

We’ll have a couple of different strategic planning sessions during our time working together. This is where a lot of agencies you’ve probably worked with have dropped the ball.

In order to optimize your lead generation and give you the best training and coaching, we really need to know what your goals are for growing your practice.

We’ll spend a little time together at the beginning, and then again once we’re a month or two into the program to not only find out what your goals are, but to also help you create a good long term strategic plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be 6 months or a year from now.

Most marketing companies are only interested in selling you whatever product they are trying to promote at that time, regardless of whether or not that’s really in YOUR long term best interests.

But when you work with us, we’re going to take the time to figure out what is really in your best interests – in both the short and long term. Then we’re going to take the results from your OPA and help you determine the right timing to implement any of the needed foundational elements.

Hopefully by now you’ll see that our goal is really in building a long term relationship to help you reach your long term goals for growing your practice. We’re not really interested in just making a quick sale, sending a bunch of leads and hoping for the best.
